The purpose of this project was to equip selected adults of Fellowship Baptist Church, Meridian, Mississippi, in the best practices for small-group multiplication. In order to gain a better understanding of small-group ministry as a whole, the project director researched in the field of small-group ministry. The project director conducted interviews, along with extensive reading in the field, in order to develop a list of the best practices for small group multiplication. The project director also researched curriculum writing and worked with an expert in curriculum development for the purpose of developing a curriculum for use in training the best practices. He taught a selected group using the domains of learning: cognitive, psychomotor, and affective. The project enabled the selected group of adults to use effective the best practices in order to multiply small groups for ministry.

The purpose of this project is to equip selected pastors of the North Florida Baptist network, Lake City, Florida, with emotionally healthy spiritual competencies. The project director will complete the project by meeting three main goals: 1 to research the area of emotionally healthy spirituality to identify essential competencies; 2 to develop curriculum to equip selected pastors in essential competencies of emotionally healthy spirituality; and 3 to equip selected pastors in essential competencies of emotionally healthy spirituality. The project employed various evaluation methods and tools to measure goal achievement. These methods and tools included expert testing, pre-tests, post-tests, surveys, self-guided study, and expert evaluators.
