Abstract
The purpose of this project was to equip selected adults of Fellowship Baptist Church, Meridian, Mississippi, in the best practices for small-group multiplication. In order to gain a better understanding of small-group ministry as a whole, the project director researched in the field of small-group ministry. The project director conducted interviews, along with extensive reading in the field, in order to develop a list of the best practices for small group multiplication. The project director also researched curriculum writing and worked with an expert in curriculum development for the purpose of developing a curriculum for use in training the best practices. He taught a selected group using the domains of learning: cognitive, psychomotor, and affective. The project enabled the selected group of adults to use effective the best practices in order to multiply small groups for ministry.
